碳中和与能源互联网
IEEE 能源互联网与能源系统集成会议（IEEE Conference on Energy Internet and Energy System Integration）由IEEE PES和清华大学联合创办于2017年，迄今已经成功举办四届。会议受到全球能源领域学术界和工业界的广泛认可，每届收到来自全球20多个国家和地区的学术论文千余篇，参会专家学者逾千人，是全球能源互联网领域最具影响力的年度学术盛会。第五届IEEE能源互联网与能源系统集成国际会议（The 5th EI2, 2021）将设置最佳论文奖，会议论文将被IEEE Xplore和EI收录，其中高质量论文将被推荐到《现代电力系统与清洁能源学报》（Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy, MPCE ）、《CSEE 电力与能源系统学报》（Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering Journal of Power and Energy Systems, CSEE JPES）、《全球能源互联网（英文）》（Global Energy Interconnection）、Applied Energy、《现代电力系统保护与控制》（Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems, PCMP）、《能源转换与经济》（Energy Conversion and Economics）等著名期刊。
本次会议的主题“碳中和与能源互联网”重点关注中国碳达峰、碳中和行动目标下能源电力转型理论、路径及应用示范和实践，促进构建广泛互联、智能互动、灵活柔性、安全可控的以新能源为主体的新型电力系统。

论文提交
现面向大专院校和科研机构的专家、学者、师生以及能源电力和信息通信等相关行业的专业人士征集论文。所投论文内容应是未曾公开发表、未被其他刊物或会议接收的原创性成果，稿件内容应包含研究思路、原理方法、结论分析或工程实践等，书写语言为英文，全文不超过6页。

太原理工大学简介
太原理工大学是一所历史悠久、底蕴深厚、特色鲜明的世纪学府。其前身是创立于1902年的山西大学堂西学专斋，为中国创办最早的三所国立大学之一，坐落于具有2500多年建城史的国家历史文化名城—太原。2017年，学校入选国家“双一流”重点建设高校，迎来了崭新的发展时期。
学校以工为主、理工结合、多学科协调发展，涵盖理学、工学、经济学、法学、教育学、文学、管理学、艺术学等8个门类，设有24个专业学院、1个中外合作办学学院。现有明向、迎西、虎峪、柏林等四个校区，占地面积200余万平方米。现有中国科学院院士1名、中国工程院院士3名、双聘院士10名、教育部“长江学者奖励计划”特聘（讲座）教授6名、国家杰出青年科学基金获得者9名、“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选15名。学校入选全国“三全育人”综合改革试点高校和创新创业50强高校，荣膺首批“全国文明校园”称号。
