IEEE China Council于2023年12月24日召开了线上换届会议，经会议讨论，通过了2024-2026届 IEEE China Council 新的组织架构，包括了执委会和常务理事会两级机构。执委会成员包括 IEEE China Council 的主席、副主席、秘书长、秘书、司库； 常务理事会成员包括执委会成员、IEEE China Council中各 Committee 主席、各 Section 主席和秘书。
